1. Discharge Lounge Volunteer

The Volunteer will be located within the Discharge Lounge. The role will involve meeting and greeting patients as they wait in the hospital discharge area and providing refreshments. Assisting patients in contacting friends and family, by phone or other, in relation to their discharge and providing patients, relatives and friends with any other support about the hospital they may need.

Applicants who are successful at the interview stage of the process, will be required to provide proof of identity as outlined in the application form, along with a successful Disclosure and Barring Service check, Occupational Health check, complete a series of online training modules and an acceptable reference.
